Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Access Point, and track your return status via our automated email updates.
